Sekar Wijayawati

Sekar Wijayawati is currently serving as the People Services - General Affair Manager at Sinarmas Asset Management since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sekar held the position of Learning and Development Manager at Park Hyatt from July 2018 to November 2023, and was the Training Manager-Pre Opening at Alila Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality from February 2018 to July 2018. Sekar's previous experience includes various managerial roles at Pullman Hotels & Resorts between April 2013 and January 2018, encompassing Learning and Development Manager, Guest Experience Manager, and Quality & Attitude Manager. Additionally, from June 2006 to April 2013, Sekar worked at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in several capacities, including Executive Lounge Manager and Chief Purser. Sekar holds a Master's degree in Tourism from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Trisakti, completed in January 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the same institution.
