Dicky Winata

Dicky Winata is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and legal management. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at Sinarmas Sekuritas since April 2024, Dicky previously held positions including Senior Associate at Makes & Partners and Head of Legal at PT Sinarmas Sekuritas. Dicky also has a solid foundation in legal practice from time spent as a Senior Associate and Associate at AKSET Law, along with a secondment at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto in Tokyo. Dicky began the legal career as an Associate at Imran Muntaz & Co. and holds a Bachelor of Law in Business Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan, obtained in 2013.
