Tzu-Yuan Huang

Tzu-Yuan Huang is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at 信邦電子 since June 2024. Prior to this role, Tzu-Yuan held the position of PCN BU HR Director at Pou Chen Group from January 2015 to May 2024, where significant contributions included leading multifunctional initiatives in recruiting, performance management, and compensation. Tzu-Yuan also implemented various pilot projects, such as "Dream Factory" and "Succession Plan." Earlier career experiences include managing HR at 友達光電 for 3.5 years and serving as the HR Section Manager at Wintek India Pvt., where foundational HR policies were established for a new factory. Tzu-Yuan began the HR career as a Senior HR Specialist at China Motor Corporation from May 2004 to August 2008, focusing on training plans aligned with corporate goals. Tzu-Yuan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from National Central University in 2002.
