James Winfield

James Winfield has a diverse work history with experience in IT and customer service. James currently works as an IT Tech at Sinceri Senior Living, where they resolve technical problems and manages IT workflows. Prior to this, James worked at Best Buy as a Customer Experience Advisor, achieving growth and providing solutions to customer needs. James also gained experience as an IT Specialist (Network Security Intern) at Washington State University Vancouver, conducting cyber vulnerability research. James served in the United States Air Force, where they held roles as an F-35 Low Observables Program Manager and an F-22 Low Observables Program Manager, overseeing LAN setup, technical documentation, and HAZMAT program management.

James Winfield began their education at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Aircraft Structural Maintenance Technology from 2005 to 2011. James then attended the University of Phoenix from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Subsequently, they went on to Utica University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Cybersecurity/Cyber Operations from 2016 to 2018.
