James Roth

James Roth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. James is currently the Owner of Armati LLC, a role they began in January 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. from January 2020 to December 2021, including Deputy Project Manager and Team Lead.

From September 2016 to January 2020, James was the District Manager for Southern Indiana at G4S Secure Solutions. Before that, they worked as a Security Account Manager at Old National Banking Corporation from January 2014 to September 2016.

James also has experience with Raytheon as a Senior Training and Development professional from October 2012 to October 2013, and as an Assistant Military Instructor in JROTC from January 2012 to June 2012.

James Roth has a diverse education history. James earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Excelsior College in 2010. From 2005 to 2011, they also pursued a Certificate in Homeland Security from Excelsior University. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Certified Project Manager from Expert Rated, focusing on Homeland Security. Additionally, they completed a Supervisor program in Health Care Security Management from the International Association of Healthcare, Security, and Safety in the same year.

To further enhance their qualifications, James pursued a Master's degree in Homeland Security/Emergency Management from the American Military University between 2015 and 2017. James has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International. In 2020, they acquired the Certified Project Director (CPM) certification from the Institute for Project Management. James also received certifications as a PHTLS Instructor and a Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor from the NAEMT Foundation in 2020. Moreover, James is an ASIS member.
