B. Kelly Kiser serves as the Vice President and Head of Legal for North America at Sinch since November 2020, overseeing all legal and regulatory matters related to the company's messaging services and communications platform. Prior to this role, B. Kelly Kiser held the position of Director and Lead Senior Corporate Counsel at SAP from January 2008 to November 2020, focusing on legal affairs for mobile messaging, cloud services, and technology financing in North America and Latin America. Previous experience includes serving as Of Counsel at King & Spalding and DLA Piper, as well as leadership roles in legal and regulatory affairs at Arbros Communications, Digital Broadband Communications, and AT&T Wireless. B. Kelly Kiser's legal career began as a Senior Associate at Steptoe & Johnson LLP and as a Senior Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky, along with a scholarship for German literature at Universitaet Regensburg.
