Christina Raaschou

Christina Raaschou is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at Sinch. Christina has previously worked as the Head of HR for H&M Group Business Tech, VP & Head of HR Business Unit IT & Cloud Services for Ericsson, and VP & Head of HR Business Unit Support Solutions for Ericsson. Prior to that, Christina worked as an HR Business Partner Supply Chain Nordics for Unilever where they were responsible for HR for three Nordic factories as well as central Supply Chain functions. Christina has also worked as a Leadership Development Manager Nordics and Talent Acquisition Lead Western Europe for Unilever, where they were responsible for Employer Branding, Talent Management, Recruitment, Trainee Program and Leadership Development Programs for both senior and junior employees.

Christina Raaschou has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Karlstad University.

Their manager is Johan Hedberg, CEO (interim). They work with Ed O’Hara - President, Voice, Anders Olin - President & Chief Operating Officer, and Eduardo Henrique - President, Applications.
