Karthik Medam

Karthik Medam has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as Deputy General Manager for both areas at Sinch since September 2022. Prior to this role, Karthik worked at Bytemark from June 2017 to September 2022 as Client Services Manager and Client Services Specialist. Karthik's background includes a position as Client Services Manager at IBM from December 2015 to May 2017 and as Client Services Associate at AT&T from December 2011 to April 2015. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University, obtained between June 2007 and July 2011.
