Sergei Varzin

Sergei Varzin is a Design System Design Lead at Sinch since April 2023, where leadership includes optimizing processes and enhancing design system performance in collaboration with engineers and designers. Previously, as Design System Lead at MessageMedia, Sergei developed an efficient design system for the MessageMedia Hub product, focusing on component systems with multilingual and accessibility features. At SimpleTexting, Sergei held various roles, including Senior UI Architect and Product Designer, where significant contributions were made to design system establishment and user experience evolution. Earlier experience includes Co-Owner of InstaDev, where product design and project management were key responsibilities, and UI/UX design roles at Video-Book World and as a 3D Artist at Arc project. Sergei earned a Master of Arts degree in Technology of Artistic Material Processing from Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University.
