Brett Austin

Brett Austin is an experienced news director currently with Sinclair Broadcast Group since June 2021. Previously, Brett operated as a self-employed media production consultant from January 2018 to June 2022, offering creative guidance to businesses and organizations. Other notable roles include Senior Executive Producer at Television News between September 2018 and September 2019, and Coordinating Producer at ESPN SEC Network from April 2014 to January 2018, where Brett played a key role in launching the network and overseeing its signature show, SEC Nation. Prior experience includes managing college sports shows at ESPN and serving as Assistant News Director at KHBS/KHOG-TV.
