Leslie Fort

Leslie Fort is an experienced education professional with a strong background in digital learning and instructional design. Currently serving as a Manager of Digital Learning at Sinclair Inc. since January 2022, Leslie has previously held various roles within Baltimore County Public Schools from 1994 to April 2023. These roles include School Leadership, where Leslie organized initiatives like the Grade 5 Recycling Team, and Technology & Curriculum Development, where enhancements in learning development and teaching strategies for math were achieved. Leslie also demonstrated engaged leadership as a Grade 5 Team Leader and contributed to student support by collaborating with Towson University’s UTeach program. As an Elementary School Teacher, Leslie focused on fostering student engagement through curriculum development and community partnerships. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Salisbury University and two master’s degrees from The Johns Hopkins University in Educational & Instructional Technology and Education.
