Phillip Gharabegian

Phillip Gharabegian has over 20 years of experience in business and legal affairs, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Sinclair Broadcast Group since June 2002. In this role, Phillip is part of the executive management team responsible for the operations and strategic initiatives of the largest portfolio of regional sports networks. Prior to this, Phillip was Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at FOX Sports, where Phillip led legal and business affairs for regional sports networks from 2002 to 2020. Phillip's career also includes positions as an associate at LOVELLS HOGAN & HARTSON LIMITED and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Phillip earned a JD in Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles between 1996 and 1999.
