Valérie Roussin

Valérie Roussin is the current Director of Human Resources at Sinclair Dental Co. Ltd. Valérie has previous experience as the Human Resources Director at Emerald Health Therapeutics Inc., where they were responsible for the HR department for the organization and its subsidiaries with 6 locations in BC and Québec. Valérie was hired to implement a structured HR department and standardize policies and practices.

At Agropur, Valérie served as the Human Capital Operations Director, where they were a strategic partner for 2 General Managers and 4 Senior Vice-Presidents in a national, matrix structure. Valérie led and coordinated national projects for the HR Operations and had direct supervision over 3 employees.

Prior to their role at Agropur, Valérie was the Employees Relations Manager at Aliments Ultima. And before that, they were the Human Resources Director at EZEFLOW Inc.

Valérie Roussin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, with a major in Labor-Management Relations. Valérie also has a diploma from Université de Sherbrooke in Health and Safety, as well as a Coaching de Gestion Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) Level 1 and 2. Additionally, they have diplomas from Université Laval in Group Insurances (Benefits) and Pension Plans (Benefits). Valérie is also certified by the International Coaching Federation in ICF Member Badge and Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés as a Conseiller(ère) en relations industrielles agrée (CRIA).

Their manager is Shahab Soltani, CEO. They work with Shervin Nowtash - Director, External Relations & Branch Manager, Vancouver, Kevin Morrison - Director of Strategic Markets, and Melanie Tardif - VP, Québec.
