Tim Boehmer

Tim Boehmer serves as Chief of Staff and HR Manager at Sinclair Tractor, contributing extensive expertise in organization redesign, strategic leadership, and business expansion initiatives since February 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held several executive leadership positions at USSOCOM, including Senior Enlisted Leader and Command Senior Enlisted Leader at SOCPAC and SOCKOR, where responsibilities included overseeing personnel readiness, training, and welfare for multi-service commands. Additionally, Tim's military career includes significant leadership roles in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, emphasizing training, operations, and command functions across global deployments. Tim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Military Strategic Studies from Coastline Community College.
