Trude Marit Risnes

Trude Marit Risnes is an experienced professional with extensive leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Trude holds positions as a board member at Kakadu and Fjogstad-Hus, as well as serving as owner and CEO of Leadership Symphony AS, where consulting services focus on strategic guidance for executives, high-performance team development, and commercial strategy in collaboration with Vekstpartner AS. Additionally, Trude is the working chairperson of Muzziball AS and Signal Analysis Lab, and serves as chairperson for Sine Delta and board member for Herfo Finans AS and Oslo-filharmonien. Trude previously held the position of CEO and partner at BlueLeap and has a solid academic background with a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian Business School and a Can. Mag. degree from the University of Oslo.
