Will Henry

Will Henry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, organisational change, and risk advisory. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Development at Herbert Smith Freehills since August 2019, Will leads a team of ten specialists dedicated to enhancing professional growth within the firm. Past roles include Learning and Development Manager at Deloitte, where innovative solutions were implemented to improve organisational capabilities, and various positions involving change management and training across prominent organisations such as ANZ and nbn™ Australia. Will’s background includes a Master of Arts in International Security and Development from the University of Leicester, and a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham, complemented by military training from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
