Mikko Oja has extensive managerial experience, having worked at Sinebrychoff since January 2006, where responsibilities as Business Manager include external labor management, resource acquisition, budgeting, and operational analysis. Previous roles within Sinebrychoff include Customer Support Manager and Area Manager, focusing on sales development and collaboration with key account managers. Prior to Sinebrychoff, Mikko Oja was employed by Lidl Suomi Ky from August 2002 to January 2006 as Area Sales Manager and District Manager, overseeing store operations, personnel management, and training initiatives. Mikko Oja began a career with Lidl Suomi Ky in March 2002 as a Trainee. Mikko Oja holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1997 and 2001.
