Pietro Contegno

Pietro Contegno currently serves as the Chief Information and Digital Transformation Officer at ASTM since October 2022. With extensive experience at SINELEC S.p.A. since 2004, Pietro has held various leadership roles, including Head of Information Technology, Head of Product Research and Development, and Head of the Tolling and Access Control Competence Center. Prior to SINELEC, Pietro worked at Autostrada dei Fiori SpA as the Responsabile Impianti elettrici e Automazione from February 1999 to August 2004, and at Orsi Automazione SpA as a software development analyst from May 1997 to January 1999. Pietro holds a degree in Physics with a specialization in nuclear physics from Università degli Studi di Genova, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
