Fatemeh Jailani has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as an Assistant Policy Officer at the European Commission. From there, they worked as a Project Assistant at Veolia Transport and as a Consultant at Mazars, where they held various roles including European Affairs Director and Chief of Staff to the Group Chairman. In 2019, they founded Accidental European, a collaborative media platform, and became a Founding Member of Return for Society, a consulting network specialized in Social Impact. More recently, they have been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at SINGA, an international organization promoting multiculturalism and tolerance. Fatemeh also holds board positions at ONU Femmes France and Bayard, contributing to social and gender equality efforts.

Fatemeh Jailani began their education in 2003 at UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and French. Fatemeh completed their studies in 2008. In 2004 and 2005, they attended Sorbonne Université and obtained a certificate in Cours de civilisation française. Following their time at UCLA, Fatemeh Jailani enrolled at Sciences Po from 2008 to 2010. Fatemeh focused on International Affairs and International Economic Policy, majoring in Economy/Politics.
