Dylan Lim

Dylan Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) since January 2021, Dylan oversees production planning and business planning for engine and component repair operations. Previously, as Program Manager at SAESL, responsibilities included managing life cycle costs for MRO services and leading cross-functional teams. Dylan's career includes positions at Pratt & Whitney, where management of engineering and digital technology efforts occurred, and customer service leadership roles at GE Power. With a strong foundation in engineering and leadership, Dylan managed engineering teams at Pratt & Whitney and served in the Singapore Armed Forces, supervising over 70 engineers and technicians. Dylan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
