Johnathan Lim

Johnathan Lim is a Senior Engineer specializing in Process Improvement at Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited since July 2022, focusing on identifying opportunities for process enhancements. Previously, Johnathan served as a Value Stream Improvement Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences from August 2017 to December 2022, achieving a significant cost saving of $500k USD through the application of Six Sigma methodologies and lean processes. Additionally, Johnathan has experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor, leading a team to meet production targets. Johnathan began their professional journey as an Assistant Coach for the "I am gifted, so are you" Programme at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group in November 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from both Newcastle University and Singapore Institute of Technology, as well as a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
