Bob Helmer

Bob Helmer currently serves as the High School Librarian and Teacher at Singapore American School since 2014, overseeing all library operations and teaching various courses, including AP Seminar and AP Research. Previous positions include HS Head Librarian at Sidwell Friends School (2012-2014), Head Librarian at the International School of Prague (2008-2012), School Library Teacher for grades PK-7 at Jackson Mann School (2006-2008), and School Library Teacher at Santa Cruz Cooperative School (2004-2006), where collaboration on a new library facility took place. Bob Helmer holds degrees from Simmons University and The George Washington University.
