Jeaney Meer Zafra

Jeaney Meer Zafra is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Associate Technology Coordinator and Tech Help Center Coordinator for the Elementary Division at Singapore American School since January 2013. In this role, Jeaney oversees the management of over 2000 users and devices, including iPads, Apple Computers, and Chromebooks. Prior to this, Jeaney held various positions in the technology sector, including Senior Technical Advisor at Apple from November 2009 to January 2013, Service Desk Specialist at NCS Group, and Contact Center Officer at DBS Bank. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Support Agent at RMH Teleservices Asia Pacific. Jeaney Meer Zafra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines, earned between 2000 and 2004.
