Neil McCulloch

Neil McCulloch currently serves as a Learning Support Teacher at Singapore American School, specializing in Grade 8 and also coaching rugby for U13, U14, and U16 teams. Prior to this role, Neil was the SENCo at ACS Cobham International School from August 2011 to May 2023 and the Head of Induction Program at Woodbridge Park Education Service from August 2007 to July 2011. Neil began a career in education as Kumu Alaka'i Ka Papa Lo'i at Halau Ku Mana New Century, leading a project focused on restoring traditional taro patches. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The University of Edinburgh, a PG Diploma in Recreation and Leisure from the University of Edinburgh Moray House School of Education and Sport, and a Special Education and Teaching degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
