Kay Sugino

Kay Sugino is currently the Director of Membership and TAC Engagement at Singapore Business Federation, where Kay leads transformation efforts and community building. Prior to this role, Kay held positions at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Enterprise Singapore, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, and Polo Ralph Lauren Sourcing Pte Ltd. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Singapore, Kay has extensive experience in business eco-system building, digital transformation, policy development, and retail management.
