Senior EMS Clinical Quality Management Specialist at Singapore Civil Defence Force

Kenneth Foong is a Senior EMS Clinical Quality Management Specialist at the Singapore Civil Defence Force since March 2010, where responsibilities include reviewing and creating prehospital evidence-based Clinical Guidelines for paramedical practice. Additionally, Kenneth serves as the Vice Chairperson of the Clinical Standards Committee, overseeing clinical protocols and guidelines. Kenneth has been a Course Instructor for the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians since January 2016, focusing on enhancing emergency medical response skills among healthcare professionals. Previous experience includes roles as a First Aid/BCLS Trainer at Emergencies First Aid & Rescue Pte Ltd and First Aider at St John Brigade Singapore. Kenneth's education includes a Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Newcastle and a Diploma in Paramedicine from Nanyang Polytechnic, among other qualifications.
