Khairul Anwar Kamarudin, CMCP, BCCP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Specialized Services and Head of the Terrain Decontamination Unit at COSEM Safety & Security Services Pte Ltd, where responsibilities include leading NEA terrain decontamination operations and ensuring the safety and development of specialists during national emergencies.
