Peter Tan

Peter Tan has extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Peter started their career as an HR Manager at sanofi-aventis in 2001, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they moved to Illumina and served as a Senior Manager in Human Resources for a year. Since 2009, Peter has been with the Singapore Clinical Research Institute Pte Ltd, initially as the Head of HR & Talent Development, and later as the Director of HR & Talent Development.

Peter Tan obtained a Master of Science degree in Asia-Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore from 2001 to 2003. Peter also earned the Certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) qualification from the WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals (U.S.A.) in 2005.
