James Lai

James Lai has over a decade of experience in project management and facilities management, currently serving as a Project Manager at the Singapore Institute of Technology since March 2011. Previously, James held the same position at the Singapore University of Technology and Design from October 2010 to March 2011. Earlier career roles include Facilities Manager at the Media Development Authority from April 2008 to September 2010 and Building Automation System Engineer at CNA Engineers Pte Ltd from September 2004 to March 2008. James holds a Master’s degree in Facility and Environment Management with Merit from UCL, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, and a Diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic.
