Patrick Ker

Patrick Ker serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor and Associate Faculty at the Singapore Institute of Technology since January 2017. With extensive experience at Singapore General Hospital since June 1995, Patrick holds the position of Senior Principal Occupational Therapist, focusing on Ergonomics, Upper Limb Rehab, and Work Rehab. Patrick has held significant leadership roles, including Director of the Postgraduate Allied Health Institute at the Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Regional Group from 2017 to 2021, and previously as the President of the same organization, as well as the President of the Singapore Association of Occupational Therapists from 2004 to 2008. Additional academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic from 2008 to 2018 and as Vice President and Treasurer for various roles within the Asia Pacific Occupational Therapy Regional Group. Patrick's educational background includes a Master of Science and Technology in Ergonomics from UNSW and a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney.
