Kenneth Lim is a seasoned professional in event management and strategic development, currently serving as the Manager (Events) at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kenneth held the position of Manager Events and Partnerships at the Singapore Business Federation for six months in 2022, and worked as Projects and Events Executive at SAFRA National Service Association from December 2016 to November 2021, where key contributions included organizing investment webinars and the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run & ARMY Half Marathon. Kenneth co-founded M3P Pte Ltd, achieving profitability, and served as Event Manager at Deken Events Pte Ltd, transforming the start-up into a profitable entity. Early experience includes a role as Finance NSF at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore, where significant responsibilities were handled, earning recognition as Best Soldier of the Month. Kenneth began the professional journey as an Event Assistant at the Social Development Unit, demonstrating a strong foundation in event coordination. Educational background includes a degree from Singapore Management University, completed in 2016.
