Samuel Leong is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Supervising Counsel at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre since March 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate and Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from July 2014 to February 2023, and Counsel at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre from February 2012 to June 2014. Samuel Leong also gained valuable experience as a Legal Intern at the Permanent Mission of Malaysia to the United Nations and the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in 2011, where research and legal drafting in international law were key responsibilities. Earlier in the career, Samuel Leong was a Pupil in Chambers at Raja Eleena Siew Ang & Associates from July 2009 to April 2010, focusing on civil litigation and related areas. Samuel Leong holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law from Columbia Law School and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Malaya.
