Charumathi Sabanayagam

Clinician Scientist at Singapore National Eye Centre

Charumathi Sabanayagam is a highly experienced clinician scientist at the Singapore Eye Research Institute and a professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, where roles include both professor and associate professor in Clinical Sciences since January 2012. Previously, Charumathi held the position of postdoctoral fellow at West Virginia University School of Medicine from February 2010 to December 2011 and served as a research fellow at the National University of Singapore from September 2006 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and an M Med in Public Health, both from the National University of Singapore, as well as an MD in Microbiology from Dr. MGR Medical University and an MBBS from Thanjavur Medical College, University of Madras.
