Debra Chang

Debra Chang is a Senior Associate Executive at Singapore National Eye Centre, where Debra has been working since November 2021. Prior to this role, Debra worked as a Marketing Officer at Keppel Shipyard Ltd. in Singapore from October 2014 to August 2021. Before that, Debra served as a Customer Service Team Lead at NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd. from August 2007 to November 2012. Debra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Technology Sydney and has also completed executive education at NUS Business School.
