Isabel Tan

Isabel Tan is a finance professional with extensive experience in information management and library services. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at the Singapore National Eye Centre since June 2019, Isabel oversees endowment funds and related administrative, financial, and secretariat tasks. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Information Management at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Information Resource Centre Manager at the Defence Science and Technology Agency, and Senior Librarian at Yale-NUS College. Isabel's earlier career features positions such as Information Services Manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Librarian at the National Library Board, Strategy Manager at SingTel, and Associate in Equity Capital Markets at DBS Bank. Isabel holds a Master of Science in Information Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
