Felicia Cho

Felicia Cho has a diverse work experience, starting their career as an intern in the Planning & Organisation Department of the Singapore Police Force in 2003. Felicia then became a Relief Teacher at Raffles Institution in 2001. Their career with the Singapore Police Force began in 2005, where they held multiple roles, including Analyst in the Crime Pattern Analysis Section, Officer-in-Charge of the Intel Analysis & Processing Section, Head of Intel Processing, and their current role as Head of Data Operations since March 2020.

Felicia Cho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Felicia also completed a Graduate Certificate in Criminal Intelligence and a Graduate Diploma in Intelligence Analysis, both from Charles Sturt University, in 2012 and 2015 respectively. In addition, Felicia has earned certifications such as the Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Certification - Practitioner and the Data Management Fundamentals Exam: Master Level from the Data Management Association International, which they obtained in May 2023.
