Jansen Ang

Chief Psychologist at Singapore Police Force

Jansen Ang has an extensive work experience in the field of psychology and law enforcement. Jansen started their career as the Head of the Operations and Forensic Psychology Branch in 2004. In 2005, they became the Deputy Director and Mentor at the Home Team Behavioural Sciences Centre. Jansen Ang then held various positions within the Singapore Police Force, including Chief Psychologist in the Crisis Negotiation Unit and Chief Psychologist in the Crisis Negotiation Unit at the Special Operations Command. Jansen also served as the Deputy Director at the ICA Psychological Services and the Deputy Chief Psychologist at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore. Currently, Jansen Ang is the Director at the Police Psychological Services Department. Alongside their roles in law enforcement, they are also affiliated with Nanyang Technological University Singapore as an Associate Professor.
