Ai Choon Goh

Ai Choon Goh has over two decades of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at Singtel since September 2011, overseeing core systems for both Singtel and Optus. Prior to this role, Ai Choon Goh held the position of Head of IT at SingTel from 2001 to 2011, and also served as IT Director focusing on Telco Application BSS, Portal, and Information Data Management. Additionally, during the tenure at SingTel Optus from 2005 to 2008, Ai Choon Goh functioned as General Manager of Customer Care and Billing.
