Cher Ming Yang

Cher Ming Yang possesses extensive experience in enterprise technology and portfolio management, currently serving as Director of Enterprise IT at Singtel since May 2017. Previously, Cher held leadership positions including CIO at NatSteel Holdings Pte Ltd, Director of the Global Solution Center at Savi Technology, and Senior Project Manager at Tradeship Inc. Cher's career also includes significant roles at FWL Technologies, NCSI, and Arthur Andersen & Co., along with foundational experience at Visa and American Management Systems Inc. Cher holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University, an MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Technological University, and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
