Kevin Fang

Kevin Fang has over 24 years of experience in telecommunications, currently serving as VP - Outside Plant Engineering at Singtel since May 2021, focusing on copper and fiber network engineering and operations. Previously held various positions at Singtel, including Head of Service Operations and Head of Group Networks Procurement, where Kevin achieved an average of 10% cost savings in network sourcing. Kevin's experience also includes a role as Senior Technical Advisor at Globe Telecom, leading mobile network transformation efforts, as well as several technical management positions at Singtel, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of mobile core networks and value-added services. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
