Rae Nah

Head, Customer Engagement at Singtel

Rae Nah has extensive experience in customer engagement and service innovation, currently serving as Head of Customer Engagement at Singtel since July 2009. Over the years, Rae has held multiple senior roles within Singtel, including Senior Director of Ops, Service Innovation & Value Generation, and Director of Customer Experience, Insights & Service Innovation. Prior to joining Singtel, Rae worked at NCS Group as Quality Assurance Manager and at Pacific Internet in the role of Service Quality & Training Manager. Additional experience includes the position of Customer Service Manager at TrustAsia. Rae holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.
