Andy Kwek

Andy Kwek currently serves as the Chief Estate and Facilities Officer and Vice President (Estate Management) at Singapore Turf Club since August 2022. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Senior Director at Sport Singapore from February 2022 to August 2022 and Vice President (Estate Management) at Singapore Turf Club from January 2021 to February 2022. Andy's extensive experience includes a tenure as Senior Director for Conservatory Operations & Engineering at Gardens by the Bay, involved in the project's masterplanning, tendering, and construction phases. Earlier experience includes roles as a Contracts Engineer at KUMAGAI GUMI CO., LTD. and Senior Quantity Surveyor at Hong Kiat Construction Pte Ltd, focusing on engineering design, contract matters, and procurement. Andy Kwek holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics from RMIT University, and a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Singapore Polytechnic.
