Buddhika Ishanka

Buddhika Ishanka has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Buddhika worked as a Human Resource & Admin Officer at Singer Sri Lanka PLC from September 2015 to May 2016, where they were responsible for preparing daily reports, managing wages, handling medical claims, and monitoring welfare facilities. From September 2016 to September 2017, they worked as an Insurance Officer at Senarathna Insurance Brokers, where they handled motor insurance operations, maintained relationships with insurance companies, and issued cover notes and new policies. Since September 2017, Buddhika has been associated with Singer Finance, where they held various positions. Buddhika started as a Customer Service Assistant, responsible for group sale individual DO issue process, credit outstanding reports, and payments to suppliers. Buddhika then became a Customer Relationship Officer, handling operations functions and credit outstanding for the Sri Lanka Airforce group sale. Currently, they are working as an Operations Officer, leading the group sale operation team, handling credit functions, delivery order approvals, refunds, and system approvals.

Buddhika Ishanka completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2012, they attended Mahinda Rajapaksha National Collage - Homagama, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences. Buddhika completed their studies in that field in 2014. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2023, they pursued a degree in software engineering at SLIIT, focusing on Computer Science.
