Serge Ngansop

Serge Ngansop has been working in the IT industry since 2012. Serge began their career as a Network Support Analyst at H&M Consul in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Hotbed Technologies as a Network Engineer. In 2016, they joined Baltimore City Public Schools as a Network Engineer. Currently, they are working as a Sr Network Engineer at FDA for Singhal & Company, Inc. since 2017.

Serge Ngansop obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UIT Fotso Victor between 2007 and 2010. Serge has also obtained certifications from Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, and Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security). These certifications include PCNSE (2020), CCIE Written R&S (2019), CCNP Security (300-208 Cisco ISE) (2019), and CCNA R&S and CCNP R&S (both unspecified).
