Carolina Escobar

Carolina Escobar has extensive experience in accounts receivable and management, currently serving as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at 411.ca since November 2014 and holding the position of Manager at Collection Group of Canada Inc. since July 2010. In the managerial role, Carolina has contributed to the development of call center operations, quality, and training processes while collaborating with upper management to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, Carolina has successfully analyzed and managed call campaigns to exceed team targets and mentored a team of approximately 12 accounts receivable agents. Carolina holds a degree in Child and Youth Worker from Centennial College.
