Director Of Customer Success at Single Stop

Ana Minter has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Ana started their professional journey as a Call Specialist at NJ 2-1-1 in 2009 and worked in that role until 2013. Ana then moved on to join the Mental Health Association of Morris County, NJ as a Senior Case Manager in 2006, where they stayed until 2016. In 2016, Ana joined Single Stop, where they held multiple roles over the years. Ana started as a Facilitated Benefits Enroller and held that position until 2018 when they became a Training and Support Manager. In 2019, they were promoted to Associate Director, Training and Support and eventually became the Director of Customer Success in 2022, where they currently hold the position.

Ana Minter earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Peter's University between the years 2001 and 2005.
