Armin Lassl

Armin Lassl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Armin is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Single Use Support. Prior to this, they held the role of Sonderprojektleitung Forschung & Entwicklung at ADLER-Coatings / ADLER-Werk Schwaz. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as the Betriebsleiter at Feistmantl Cleaning Systems, responsible for overseeing operations and optimizing production processes. Before that, Armin served as the Vice President Tools and Parts Production at SWAROVSKI from 2018 to 2020, leading a team of over 330 employees. Armin also held various roles at SWAROVSKI ranging from Vice President Industrial Engineering to Director Production, focusing on topics such as lean production, investment planning, and machine lifecycle management. Armin started their career at SWAROVSKI as the Team Lead in Quality Management. Overall, Armin Lassl has demonstrated expertise in operations, production management, and industrial engineering throughout their career.

Armin Lassl pursued their education in a variety of fields. In 1989 to 1993, they attended Landesberufsschule Innsbruck and earned a degree in Analytical Chemistry as a Chemielaborant. From 2000 to 2004, Armin Lassl studied process engineering at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®, obtaining a Master's degree in DI(FH). Armin then pursued further education in technical chemistry at Werkmeisterschule WIFI from 2004 to 2006. In 2015 to 2016, Armin Lassl studied General Management with a focus on Economics at MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Later in 2017, they attended Harvard Business School and completed a program in Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen, International Business. In addition to their formal education, Armin Lassl obtained several certifications, including Interner Auditor und Lieferantenauditor (Quality Austria, 2021), Qualitätstechniker QII (Quality Austria, 2021), Systemmanager Quality (Quality Austria, 2021), Der Produktions-Leiter (ZfU International Business School, 2014), and Certified Process Manager (Donau-Universität Krems, 2007).
