Missy Betts has a long and varied work experience. Missy started their career in 2006 as a Registrar-Student Receptionist at California Lutheran University, where they processed requests for transcripts, proof of attendance and other records. In 2008, they became an Executive Intern at Paladin Principle LLC, where they researched potential political positions for clients, analyzed and refined the results to meet each client's needs, wrote and edited media advisories and press releases, and planned and coordinated events. In 2007, they began working at Conejo Valley YMCA as a Courtesy Counter Clerk II, where they provided friendly, competent customer service to current and prospective members, and was eventually promoted to Courtesy Counter Clerk II, with additional responsibilities of opening and closing the facility. In 2010, they became an Account Executive at Fox 21/CW 57 Colorado Springs, where they wrote engaging and persuasive presentations, pursued, researched and opened up previously untapped markets, cold-called, scheduled, pitched and sold air time to local businesses. In 2011, they became a Support Specialist and Family Enrollment Technician at Community Partnership for Child Development, where they served as the agency's primary liaison to the parent-led Policy Council, collected, prepared and disbursed all documents for monthly meetings, recorded meeting minutes, updated records to comply with Federal Head Start standards, maintained Excel databases, updated Policy Council Bylaws, and monitored Healthcare Center administrative daily operations. In 2013, they became a Business Operations Manager and Client Care Director at Therapy Changes, where they wrote efficient, intuitive reference guides for databases, contributed to the company blog, managed daily business operations, provided administrative support to team of psychologists, and scheduled hundreds of new clients. In 2014, they worked at Coastal Tree Care, Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they developed and wrote operational policies and procedures to increase annual revenue, researched industry trends and wrote articles for the company blog, assisted in copy creation for website rebuild project, researched and implemented new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency, oversaw all HR functions, budgeting, managing costs, reporting, planning, and auditing, and ensured all legal and regulatory documents were filed and monitored compliance with laws and regulations. Finally, in 2020, they joined SingleOps as a Customer Operations Manager, Senior Implementation Operations Specialist, Enterprise Implementation Specialist, and Implementation Specialist, where they partnered with CX leaders to drive the automation of engaging with customers through operational processes, worked closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure a smooth integration between CX workflows, managed ChurnZero and assumed all administrative responsibilities, partnered with the Director of Implementation to drive the tech touch strategy of how they engage with their highest volume of customers in implementation at scale, managed and updated the high volume customer journey throughout implementation, established strategy and communicated with high volume customers, and worked directly with clients to onboard them to SingleOps products.
