Tony Chen

Tony Chen has over 18 years of professional experience in various roles. Tony began their career in 2002 as a QC Analyst at Citibank. In 2005, they moved to Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Lead Engineer. In 2009, they took on the same role at Ascent Media. In 2010, they enrolled in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with an MBA in 2012. That same year, they were an MBA Intern at Toyota Motor Sales. After graduating, they joined Wipit, Inc. as a Manager of Product Strategy and Analysis, Service Operations, and Care Platform. In 2015, they became a Product Manager at Spokeo. In 2017, they joined ServiceTitan as a Sr Product Manager and Product Manager. In 2021, they moved to Shift as a Sr Product Manager. Currently, they are a Sr Product Manager at SingleOps.

Tony Chen obtained a BS in Computer Science and Engr from the University of California, Los Angeles between 1999 and 2003. Tony then went on to receive an MBA in Analytical Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business between 2010 and 2012. In October 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
