Jennifer Phommachak

Jennifer Phommachak is the Lead Account Executive at SingleSprout. Jennifer has been with the company since March 2020 and has been instrumental in growing the top-line revenue of the Los Angeles Recruiting team. Jennifer is heavily involved in the interview and hiring process for new Account Executive/Recruiters and monitors their weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual stats. Jennifer also helps with candidate management, troubleshooting candidate issues, and deal closing.

In addition to their recruitment responsibilities, Jennifer also co-leads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program at SingleSprout. Jennifer is passionate about ensuring that everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed in the tech industry.

Jennifer has a deep understanding of their candidates' needs and requirements as well as a strong working knowledge of the 80+ tech companies in LA and SF. Jennifer is an excellent negotiator and has a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
